Overnight Oats

I have tried this new trend in breakfast that I really enjoy, I make a batch at the beginning of the week, and eat it over the course of the week.

I make 2 different recipes, one for the man, and the other for myself.

This recipe is for one portion, I double this and can get 3-4 breakfast out of it.

Regular overnight oats

Ingredients
¼ cup quick rolled oats, you can also use steelcut
¼ cup vanilla yogurt
½ mashed banana
1 tablespoon chia seeds
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ cup milk

Chocolate overnight oats

Ingredients
¼ quick rolled oats, you can also use steelcut
½ cup milk
½ mashed banana
1 Tbsp chia seeds
½ Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
½ Tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract

For both recipes
Mix all ingredients into a small leak proof jar, shake it up, and let refrigerate overnight.

In the morning add any favorite toppings, such as raspberries, strawberries, any fruits, chocolate chip, Granola might also be good. ENJOY!
